The Nicols shipyard is renowned for its quality boats, with innovative, clever, and atypical design. The friendly design, careful finishes, and especially a construction built to withstand the rigors of permit-free rental are characteristic of this shipyard's creations. This unit was built in 2001. With its two helm stations, it allows navigation in all circumstances and is ideal for inland waterway cruising with family or friends, with its three well-separated sleeping areas, equipped with dedicated showers and toilets.

This former rental boat was sold in 2016 to our owner, who renovated it. In addition, our owners completely transformed and re-equipped the boat to make it suitable for year-round living, which they did themselves over a long period. The insulation has been completely redone, with 2 reversible air conditioners, insulating exterior shutters, instant water heaters, charger-inverters, to name just a few, testifying to the transformation of the boat into a true modern floating apartment.

The location is renewable subject to approval by the harbor master, at a rate of €1300 per year, water and waste disposal included, plus approximately €32 per month for electricity.
