Nicols 1100 Comfort inland waterway motorboat, habitable year-round for sale. Boatshed Midi Canals is pleased to present this Nicols 1100 Comfort inland waterway motorboat, 11 meters long.

The Nicols shipyard is renowned for its quality boats, innovative, clever, and unusual design. The user-friendly layout, meticulous finishes, and especially the construction designed to withstand the rigors of permit-free rental characterize the shipyard's creations. This unit was built in 2001. With its two helm stations, it allows navigation in all conditions and is ideal for river cruising with family or friends, featuring three well-separated sleeping areas, equipped with dedicated showers and toilets.

This former rental boat was sold in 2016 to our owner, who renovated it. Additionally, our owners completely transformed and re-equipped the boat to make it habitable year-round, which they did themselves for a long period. The insulation has been fully redone, with 2 reversible air conditioners, external insulating shutters, instant water heaters, chargers inverters, to name just a few, are proof of the boat's transformation into a modern floating apartment.

The location is renewable subject to approval by the harbor master's office, at the rate of €1300 per year, water and rubbish removal included, plus approximately €32 per month for electricity.
