Nicols 1100 Comfort river cruiser suitable for year-round living for sale. Boatshed Midi Canals is pleased to present this 11-meter long Nicols 1100 Comfort river cruiser.
The Nicols shipyard is renowned for its quality boats, innovative, clever, and distinctive design. The user-friendly layout, meticulous finishes, and especially a construction designed to withstand the rigors of rental without license characterize the shipyard's creations. This model was built in 2001. With its two steering positions, it allows navigation in all conditions and is ideal for river cruising with family or friends, featuring three well-separated sleeping areas, equipped with dedicated showers and toilets.
This former rental boat was sold in 2016 to our owner who renovated it. Furthermore, our owners completely transformed and re-equipped the boat to make it suitable for year-round living, which they themselves have done for an extended period. The insulation has been fully redone, 2 reversible air conditioners, insulating external shutters, instant water heaters, charger converters, to name just a few pieces of equipment, are evidence of the transformation of the boat into a genuine modern floating apartment.
The mooring location is renewable subject to approval by the harbor master, at a rate of €1300 per year, including water and garbage collection, plus approximately €32 per month for electricity.
