Nicols 1100 Comfort river cruiser suitable for year-round living for sale. Boatshed Midi Canals is pleased to present this 11-meter long Nicols 1100 Comfort river cruiser.
The Nicols shipyard is known for its quality boats, with innovative, clever, and unique designs. Friendly layout, fine finishes, and especially construction designed to withstand the rigors of no-license rental characterize the shipyard's models. This unit was built in 2001. With its two steering stations, it allows navigation in all conditions and is ideal for river cruising with family or friends, featuring three well-separated sleeping areas, equipped with dedicated showers and toilets.
This former rental boat was sold in 2016 to our owner who renovated it. Additionally, our owners completely transformed and refitted the boat to make it suitable for year-round living, a condition they themselves enjoyed for a long period. Insulation was entirely redone, 2 reversible air conditioners, insulated exterior shutters, instant water heaters, charger converters, among other equipment, testify to the boat’s transformation into a true modern floating apartment.
The mooring is renewable subject to harbor master's approval, at a rate of €1300 per year, including water and garbage disposal, plus about €32 per month for electricity.
