Nicols 1100 Comfort canal cruise boat for year-round living for sale. Boatshed Midi Canals is pleased to present this Nicols 1100 Comfort canal boat measuring 11 meters in length.
The Nicols shipyard is renowned for its high-quality boats, with innovative, clever, and unique designs. The friendly layout, meticulous finishes, and construction intended to withstand the rigors of license-free rental characterize the company's creations. This unit was built in 2001. With its two helm stations, it enables navigation in all conditions and is ideal for family or friends' canal cruising, with three well-separated sleeping areas, equipped with dedicated showers and toilets.
This former rental boat was sold in 2016 to our owner, who renovated it. In addition, our owners completely transformed and re-equipped the boat to make it suitable for year-round habitation, which they personally carried out over an extended period. The insulation has been fully redone, featuring two reversible air conditioning units, external insulating shutters, instant water heaters, chargers and inverters, among other equipment, testament to the boat's transformation into a modern floating apartment.
The mooring is renewable subject to approval by the harbor master's office, at a cost of €1300 per year, including water and waste disposal, plus approximately €32 per month for electricity.
